Overview:
The following IP list is provided as examples of the diverse technical capability and original out of the box thinking of the primary Industrial Physicist at VSI, Mr. David Kelly. The technology represents only a tiny amount of his numerous inventions developed after 2000. Of course there remains a far larger number of inventions kept highly confidential.
The majority of the following IP was never prosecuted to the issuance of a patent because Mr. Kelly’s continued work made the technology obsolete or it was too far advanced to be of interest to manufacturers. That is why VSI has changed its business plan such that it will only file patent applications after adequate funding is secured, with the special condition that the new IP meets the investor’s negotiated preset criteria or it is returned.
VSI realizes that only a few investors are able to handle investments that have such significant income potential and market control!
ISSUED PATENTS: 17 June 2014 CA2639524 CAPACITOR METHOD OF FABRICATION
PRIOR_IP (last revised 23 March 2015) This link provides a PDF quick summary document of the prior IP listed below. This document is a work in process and will be expanded as time permits.
The following conventions for patents or applications are assumed “CA” refers to a Canadian, “US” is USA and “PCT” is an International Patent Cooperation treaty application overseen by WIPO, IP refers to Intellectual Property. Canadian patent applications may be viewed by clicking the following links:
CIPO (Canadian Intellectual Property Office); WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization);
USPTO (US Patent Trademark Office)
Download Patent Applications
The goal is to eventually provide links to download patent applications to save having to go the various patent websites and search for the applications. For application status it will always be necessary to go the the appropriate IP website and enter the application number.
